From answering client inquiries in Direct Messages and emails, to creating scroll-stopping content, you’ll help us standout while keeping our customers connected and excited about our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to social media(Instagram, Facebook, Google&TikTok) and email inquiries.
• Handle basic customer questions about services, products, and scheduling.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)that reflects Drapery Haven’s brand.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest creative ideas to keep us ahead.
• Stay ontop of trends and incorporate them into content.
• Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements.
• Respond to customer reviews on Google with professionalism and care.

• Creative eye for visual content (bonus if you can edit short videos/reels).

The Website Development Manager will oversee the performance, functionality, and growth of Drapery Haven’s website and connected digital platforms. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for ensuring our online experience is fast, visually aligned with our brand, conversion-focused, and always up to date. You will collaborate with the founder, marketing team, and contractors to ensure our digital ecosystem supports sales, scheduling, and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update the Drapery Haven website (WordPress/Elementor).
• Improve site speed, structure, navigation, and overall user experience.
• Build and optimize new pages, landing pages, galleries, and product showcases.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across all templates and layouts.Manage security updates, backups, plugin updates, and general site health.
• Implement SEO best practices (on-page optimization, metadata, blogs, image optimization).
• Monitor and maintain website integrations (CRM forms, booking systems, analytics, plugins).
• Troubleshoot and resolve site errors, broken links, plugin conflicts, and technical issues.
• Set up tracking tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and report on site performance.

The Seamstress & Drapery Adjuster is responsible for finishing, altering, and preparing drapery, sheers, and other window coverings for installation. You will ensure every fabric piece meets exacting standards for fit, finish, and presentation, allowing installations to be seamless and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sew, hem, and alter drapes, sheers, and other custom window treatments according to client specifications.
• Adjust drapery lengths, widths, and fullness to fit on-site measurements.
• Ensure drapery lengths, spacing, and fullness meet project specifications.
• Steam, press and finish drapery to a professional, ready-to-install standard.
What we’re looking for?
• Proven experience in sewing, hemming, or altering drapery, curtains, or similar textile products.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Comfortable handling various fabrics, including delicate sheers and heavy drapery.

The Drapery Steamer is responsible for finishing and presenting drapery post-installation. This includes steaming fabrics to remove wrinkles and achieve a polished, professional look.
Whether you are comfortable steaming standard-height drapes, double-height drapes, or both, we welcome your application. Additional pay is available for double-height projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Steam and finish drapery and sheers after installation to achieve a clean, crisp look.
• Work carefully with fabrics to avoid damage while achieving professional results.
• Stand maneuver, and operate handheld or commercial steamers safely.
• Communicate with the installation team about any adjustments or issues.
What we’re looking for?
• Experience handling steamers or iron.
• Comfortable handling a steamer and moving around to reach various heights.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with an installation team.
• Comfortable standing and working on ladders and scaffolding for high ceilings (double-height spaces).
